Leslie Scariano, MD
Physician
Dr. Leslie Scariano believes it is first and foremost a privilege to provide care to women in all stages of their lives and promises to be each patient’s healthcare advocate. Dedicated to creating a good patient-physician relationship that promotes honesty and trust, she strives to provide women with comprehensive options, while empowering them to make the best decision about their care. Dr. Scariano strives to make every visit a positive experience with answers, plans, empathy and follow up. She wants each patient encounter, whether obstetrical or gynecological, to be comfortable, engaging and feel like their visiting a trusted family member. She considers all of her patients part of the Aspire for Women family, and like family, she considers no question “too small” and believes every question should be answered with honesty and sincerity.
Dr. Scariano has delivered thousands of babies over her 20+ years of practice, and with women waiting longer to start their families, she is experienced in facing the unique challenges this poses for pregnancy and childbearing. She works with every obstetric patient to make individualized prenatal care and childbirth plans while also providing collaborative high-risk obstetrical care to accomplish the best outcomes for her patients. Healthy moms, healthy babies!
Many of our patients, however, are not pregnant. Whether presenting for acute gynecological care or a preventative-care visit, women have come to recognize Dr. Scariano’s competence in providing cutting edge care as well as her genuine passion for keeping her patients healthy. Care she offers includes minimally invasive surgery, in-office surgeries and procedures, treatment for hormonal imbalance, infertility and contraceptive choices.
Before Aspire for Women, Dr. Scariano grew up in Montana and later attended Creighton University School of Medicine. She completed her residency training in OB-GYN at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, MO, where she met her husband Larry. She then practiced in Alton, Illinois for 10 years before relocating with her family to Englewood, Colorado for the past 15 years. She and her husband have been happily married for 25 years with two now grown children, and in her free time she loves spending time with her family and scrapbooking their memories together. She also enjoys hiking, gardening and helping with her husband’s backyard vineyard! Dr. Scariano welcomes her patients to share their travels and passions, both local and abroad!

Jaime Skeeters, PA-C
Board certified Physician Assistant
I grew up in a small town in the foothills of Northern California. I attended the University of California Davis and earned a Bachelors of Science in Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior, with Honors. I continued my education at the University of California Davis Medical School PA/FNP Program, becoming a Board Certified Physician Assistant in 2004. Although my training was in family practice, I was immediately drawn to women’s health and have devoted the entirety of my career to providing compassionate and quality OBGYN care to women of all ages, races, and socioeconomic groups. I am currently managing Aspire’s Medical Weight Management program, and am in the process of earning a certification in Culinary Medicine, which will enable me to provide more holistic treatment options to our patients.
I am married to my best friend, and together we have two amazing kids and one amazing rescue dog. My family and I relocated from Northern California to Colorado in 2020, and we love exploring our new home state. In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, gardening, traveling, and a new hobby called quilling. I also foster cats and kittens for the Rocky Mountain Feline Rescue shelter
It is an honor to work alongside Dr. Leslie Scariano. Being part of a small, patient-centered practice gives myself and our team the chance to truly connect with the women we serve. I absolutely love my career and enjoy supporting my patients and their families through puberty, pregnancy, menopause, and everything in between.
Lori Catanzarite
Ultrasound Technician
Lori Catanzarite provides the convenience of in-office ultrasound at Aspire For Women at the time of your prenatal or gynecologic visit. As a mother herself, she especially enjoys imaging your baby, following growth and development. She also has a real knack for obtaining your baby’s first keepsake photos. She has seen time and time again how ultrasound allows the parental bonds to develop from an early stage. Lori also has many years of experience in gynecologic ultrasound, diagnosing such issues as ovarian cysts, uterine polyps and fibroids, and endometriosis. She has a great appreciation for new technology, especially 3D/4D and being able to use this technology to better care for patients.
Lori is a native Texan. She earned her degree there in Diagnostic Medical Sonography in 2000. She is credentialed with the ARDMS and is a member of the Fetal Medicine Foundation and Nuchal Translucency Quality Review programs. She has worked as an OBGYN sonographer for 20 years and has worked directly with Dr. Scariano for the last 10 years.
When she is not performing ultrasound, Lori is the busy mother of 5 children. She also enjoys such family activities as skiiing and travel.
